Construction Update: September 8, 2026
Dear Neighbors,
We'd like to share an update on recent construction activities at 160 Freelon, where the project continues to move through its finishing stage. On the exterior, scaffolding has been removed from the first-floor perimeter, and crews are continuing work on the building's final water line connection along Freelon Street. Stucco work has also begun along the southeast façade, with additional caulking, painting, storefront installation, and play yard improvements continuing throughout the coming week.
Inside, crews are continuing painting, cleaning, and finishing work throughout the building, including tile, flooring, heating units, and cabinet installation. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC finishing work is also progressing on the upper floors.
What This Means for You
Construction activity will continue throughout the coming week as crews complete exterior water line, stucco, and finishing work.
Miscellaneous deliveries will continue throughout the week, including delivery of additional cabinets to the site.
