On the exterior, scaffolding has been removed from the first-floor perimeter, and crews are continuing work on the building's final water line connection along Freelon Street. Dear Neighbors, Construction is moving steadily upward and around the site. This week (March 8–14), Cahill Guzman Joint Venture placed equipment pads and curbs on the roof and started removing the temporary supports below. Scaffolding on the south side is now above the roof and netted, and crews are continuing to raise scaffolding around the building, including on the east side. Exterior framing is now up to the 6th floor, and interior work on the lower floors is wrapping u
