Construction Update: December 10, 2025

 Dear Neighbors,

This past week, the construction team placed the third-floor slab, walls, and columns. On the fourth floor, decking is now complete; layout work, edge forms, and embeds are in progress.

Looking ahead, the fourth-floor concrete pour is scheduled for Thursday, December 11, beginning at 7:00 AM. Depending on temperatures and concrete delivery, the pour may continue until sundown. Neighbors will be notified if any delays occur.

What This Means for You

• Scaffolding work along Freelon Street will begin soon. Pedestrians will be temporarily redirected into the parking lane, with clear signage, barricades, and ramps in place to provide safe and accessible walkways. Once the scaffolding is installed, the construction fence will shift closer to the curb.
