Construction Update: February 3, 2026

Dear Neighbors, 

Construction continues to move upward on the site. During the week of January 26, our construction team, Cahill Guzman Joint Venture, completed work on the seventh floor. Since then, crews have progressed on the eighth floor by pouring the concrete floor surface and building the walls along the south and  north side. With this progress, preparations are underway to begin work on the ninth floor, which will be the final level before the roof. The ninth-floor concrete pour is currently scheduled for February 10, with the roof pour planned for February 25, weather permitting.

What Does This Mean for You?

• Construction activity will continue at its normal pace as crews work on the upper floors and interior build-out.

• Work will progress to the ninth floor, marking the last level before roof construction begins.
