Dear Neighbors,
The fifth concrete pour is well underway, and crews have been working on a schedule set to help protect the structure from wet weather. Last week, our team made strong progress completing the fifth-floor walls and columns and preparing the sixth-floor deck, with work expected to conclude smoothly as conditions allow. Now, as the new year begins, the construction team, Cahill Guzman Joint Venture, is continuing work on the sixth-floor deck and finishing key work on the first level. This past Friday, January 2nd, only a few teams were on site. Iron workers continued work above the 6th floor, while electricians and plumbers completed indoor work on the lower levels. In the coming days, crews will continue building out the first floor, adding exterior-facing drywall, and wrapping up remaining internal work on that same level so the space is ready for the next phase.
What Does This Mean for You?
All crews have returned to the site the week of January 5th, and activity has resumed at its normal pace.
On Friday, January 9th, the sixth-floor concrete pour will begin, earlier if the weather allows.
Scaffolding crews are back early this week to support hoist access between floors.
Teams will continue building interior walls and completing exterior-facing drywall on the first floor.
