Project Update: 160 Freelon is Preparing for Construction Start

Dear Neighbor,

160 Freelon is beginning early construction work as soon as April 30th! This early work includes demolition of the existing pavement and ground improvement testing. Throughout this work, you can expect teams on site conducting limited pile drilling and testing. This phase of construction is expected to last 55 days. Actual construction will commence immediately following. Below is a schedule look-ahead.

Late April/Early May 2025 Construction Start

Winter 2026 City’s DAHLIA Program Lottery Process Opens for Applications

Spring 2027 Lease Up Start

Summer 2027 Construction Completion & Grand Opening
