WELCOME TO 160 FREELON

A NEW AFFORABLE HOUSING COMMUNITY IN SOMA

160 Freelon will be a new 100% affordable rental building in Central SoMa. It will feature approximately 85 residential apartments.

The project will be co-developed by San Francisco Housing Development Corporation (SFHDC) and Related California in partnership with the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD).

We look forward to collaborating with the community on the design of this building, beginning in early 2022.

Construction is expected to start in 2025, and apartments will be ready for move-ins in 2027.
